Zerobolas Inc. (“Zerobolas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) owns and operates the Zerobolas website, mobile applications and related marketplace services, collectively the “Service.” By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility And Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and legally able to agree to these Terms. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for a minor's permitted use. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and promptly report unauthorized access. Zerobolas may require additional age restrictions for particular features.
2. Marketplace Service
Zerobolas brings buyers and sellers together across the United States. Explore products, homes and vehicles, see items in action with shoppable videos, and connect with the people behind the listings. Zerobolas is not the owner, seller, buyer, dealer, broker, landlord, carrier, appraiser, inspector or insurer of user listings. Users are responsible for evaluating listings, other users and any transaction they arrange.
3. Listings And User Content
You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, price, condition, authenticity, availability, location and description of your listings and for having the rights needed to publish all photos, videos and text. You grant Zerobolas a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, adapt and distribute content as reasonably needed to operate, promote, secure and improve the service. You retain ownership of your content.
4. Prohibited Content And Conduct
You may not publish or promote illegal, stolen, counterfeit, unsafe or deceptive goods; weapons or explosives; controlled substances; restricted medical products; private personal data; sexual services or content involving minors; prohibited animal products; regulated financial products; scams; hate; harassment; violence; spam; or content that infringes another person's rights. Additional restrictions may apply by category and location.
5. Messages And Safety
Do not use messages to harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, distribute malicious links or request illegal activity. Exercise caution before meeting another user or exchanging money or goods. Zerobolas may use automated and human review to detect abuse and enforce these Terms, subject to our Privacy Policy.
6. Payments And Shipping
Zerobolas does not currently process buyer payments, seller payouts, account balances or shipping transactions. Users are responsible for any payment, delivery, taxes, refunds or disputes they arrange outside Zerobolas. Do not rely on a Zerobolas listing or message as a payment guarantee, escrow service, shipping label or buyer-protection promise.
7. Properties And Vehicles
Property and vehicle listings are informational advertisements and are not professional advice. Zerobolas does not verify title, ownership, licensing, zoning, habitability, condition, availability or legal compliance. Housing advertisements and conduct must comply with fair housing and anti-discrimination laws. Users should perform appropriate independent verification.
8. Reviews
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not be fake, purchased, misleading or conditioned on expressing a particular sentiment. Zerobolas may remove reviews that violate these Terms, while not suppressing a review solely because it is negative.
9. Intellectual Property
Do not upload material you do not have permission to use. Copyright owners may send a notice identifying the work, the material, their contact information and the statements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512 to hello@zerobolas.com. 10. Enforcement And Account Closure
Zerobolas may reject, remove, restrict or reduce the visibility of content and may suspend or close accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law or secure the service. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time, subject to information that may lawfully be retained.
11. Disclaimers And Liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Zerobolas does not guarantee the identity of users, accuracy of listings, availability of items or outcome of user-arranged transactions. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
