Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how Zerobolas users can request deletion of their account and personal data. It is intended for users, partners, and reviewers who need a public explanation of the deletion flow.

How To Delete Your Zerobolas Account

Open the Zerobolas app and sign in to your account.
Go to Configuration.
Open the Account tab.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm your password.
Select a reason and tap Send and delete.

What Happens After Deletion

Your Zerobolas account is removed.
Listings owned by the deleted account are removed.
Videos owned by the deleted account are removed.
Uploaded listing media and the uploaded profile image tied to the current deletion flow are removed.
Follower links connected to the deleted account are cleaned up.

Important Notes

Disconnecting Facebook Login is not the same as deleting your Zerobolas account.
Some information may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or systems needed for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Zerobolas cannot control how long deleted content may continue to appear in third-party search engines or cached copies outside Zerobolas systems.
