Zerobolas respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. This policy explains how copyright owners may report material on the Zerobolas website or mobile applications and how users may respond when material is removed because of a copyright notice.

Send copyright notices and counter-notifications to:

Use this contact only for copyright matters. Account, privacy, accessibility and general support requests should use our Contact page.
2. Copyright infringement notices
If you believe material available through Zerobolas infringes your copyright, send a written notice that includes all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature, or the signature of a person authorized to act for the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if one notice covers multiple works.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it, including the exact Zerobolas listing, profile, video or other URL when available.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Incomplete notices may delay our response. We may send a copy of a notice to the user who posted the material and may disclose it as permitted by law.
3. What happens after a notice
We review sufficiently complete notices and may remove or disable access to the identified material. We may notify the affected user and take other appropriate action. Zerobolas may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
4. Counter-notifications
If material you posted was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe that happened because of a mistake or misidentification, you may send our designated agent a written counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the United States Federal District Court for the judicial district where your address is located, or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district where Zerobolas may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person's agent.
When legally permitted, we may forward the counter-notification to the original complainant and may restore the material after the statutory waiting period unless the complainant informs us that a court action has been filed seeking to restrain the user from the allegedly infringing activity.
5. Misrepresentations
Knowingly making a material misrepresentation that content infringes, or that removed content was removed by mistake or misidentification, may result in liability under applicable law. Consider obtaining legal advice before sending a notice or counter-notification.
6. Other intellectual property concerns
This process is for copyright claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Trademark, counterfeit, privacy, impersonation and other concerns may require different information. Send those reports through our Contact page and clearly identify the issue and relevant URLs.
