Our Commitment
Zerobolas is committed to providing a marketplace that people with disabilities can use. Accessibility is part of our ongoing design, engineering and content work across the website and mobile applications.
Our Accessibility Target
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This statement describes our current goal and work; it is not a claim that every page or third-party component is free of accessibility barriers.
What We Are Doing
- Supporting keyboard navigation, visible focus and meaningful page structure.
- Providing text alternatives and accessible names for interactive controls.
- Testing text enlargement, responsive layouts, contrast and reduced motion.
- Reviewing important journeys with screen readers, including sign-in, search, listings, messages and account management.
- Including accessibility checks in design and development reviews.
Known Areas Under Review
We are continuing to review maps, video playback, user-provided media, complex dialogs and third-party sign-in components. Some third-party content may have limitations outside Zerobolas's direct control. We will provide reasonable assistance or an alternative when possible.
