Privacy Policy

Zerobolas values your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how users can manage their account data, and how to request deletion of personal information.

Information We Collect

Account information such as name, email address, username, password, profile image, and phone number.
Content you create in the service, including listings, profile details, messages, reviews, and favorites.
Technical and usage information such as device details, IP address, cookies, and basic activity logs.
Information received when you sign in with a third-party provider such as Facebook, Google, or Apple.

How We Use Information

To create and maintain your account.
To publish listings, support messaging, and operate marketplace features.
To personalize the service, improve product quality, and protect the platform from abuse.
To send service-related messages, security notices, and other operational communications.

Sharing

Some profile and listing information is visible to other users so the marketplace can function.
We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, and operate Zerobolas.
We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of Zerobolas, our users, or the public.

Account And Data Deletion

Users can delete their Zerobolas account from the app. The current in-app flow is:

Open the Zerobolas app.
Go to Configuration.
Open the Account tab.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm your password when prompted.
Choose a reason for leaving and tap Send and delete.

When an account deletion request is completed, Zerobolas removes the user account and also removes content directly tied to that account that is managed by the current application flow, including the user's listings, owned videos, uploaded listing media, uploaded profile image, and follower links.

Some information may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or systems required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. Zerobolas also cannot control how long deleted public content may remain visible in third-party search engines or cached copies outside Zerobolas systems.

If you cannot access the app, you can request help with account deletion by emailing hello@zerobolas.com.

To request deletion of your account data by email, send your request to hello@zerobolas.com from the email address associated with your Zerobolas account, or include enough information for us to identify the account. We review deletion requests and respond as soon as reasonably possible.

Facebook Login And Data

If you used Facebook Login, disconnecting Facebook from your Zerobolas account is not the same as deleting your Zerobolas account. The existing Facebook unlink flow removes the Facebook login connection from the account, while full account deletion must be requested through the Zerobolas in-app account deletion flow described above.

Facebook Login users may also request deletion of their Zerobolas account data by contacting hello@zerobolas.com and asking for account or data deletion assistance.

Cookies And Similar Technologies

Zerobolas may use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, understand product usage, and improve performance. Third-party services may also set cookies in connection with features they provide.

Your Choices

You can update account information from the app settings available to your profile.
You can stop receiving certain emails by using the unsubscribe link when available or by adjusting your account preferences.
You can request help with privacy questions by contacting Zerobolas directly.

Children

Zerobolas is not intended for children under 13 years of age.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When material changes are made, Zerobolas may post an updated version on the site or communicate the change through the service.
