Buying Tips
- Don't send money through transfers. Make transactions in person or through payment and shipping via Zerobolas Envíos (*available soon), as all payments made using the Zerobolas Envíos (*available soon) payment system are protected. You can also schedule your meeting at a Zerobolas meeting point.
- Don't trust products with ridiculously low prices or photos that don't seem real or are from a catalog. There are bargains on Zerobolas Marketplace, yes, but everything has a limit!
- Check the seller's profile for their history, ratings, profile verification, and other products.
- If the seller doesn't inspire confidence or you doubt the authenticity of their profile, don't buy the item. Look for another seller who has it and inspires confidence.
- Don't send advance payments.
- Use our chat for your conversations. Outside of our platform (like WhatsApp), we cannot offer security.
